Short-Term Rentals

Our short-term rentals option offers a superior alternative to traditional hotel stays. With a wide array of options available, you can choose the perfect accommodation to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for an apartment or a spacious house, we have something for you. We offer corporate housing solutions that aim to provide a homely atmosphere for individuals who are moving for work, completing short-term assignments, or need a temporary accommodation for any reason. These units are similar in design, featuring all the essentials amenities such as, furniture, linen, kitchenware and utilities. Additional services like cleaning and maintenance are also available.

How Can We Get In Contact?

Is there a

minimum stay?

Yes! For short-term stays, there is a minimum of 2 days per booking. To be considered a long-term stay, the booking must be at least 28 days or longer.

Are background

checks required?

Background checks are required for all individuals booking a stay of 28 days or longer.

What time is

check-in/out?

Check-Ins Begin at 3pm

Check-Out is at 11am

What are the

house rules?

No parties, pets or unregistered guests allowed. If you want to host an event at one of our properties the event must be screened and green-lit by the host.

What is the

cancellation policy?

A cancellation can be made up to 7 days prior to your visit. If you need assistance with cancelling your stay, do not hesitate to reach out by phone or email.
